Corporate Training services

Each program below can be delivered at your office, at our training space in Laval, or as a hybrid session. Here is exactly what you get.

Manager practising feedback skills during a workshop

Leadership development program

This is our most popular offering. It runs across four sessions, each 3 hours long, spaced two weeks apart. The gap between sessions is intentional: participants try a technique at work, then come back to debrief what happened and adjust.

Session breakdown

  • Session 1: One-on-one meeting structure. Participants map their current approach, identify gaps, and practise a new 30-minute format with a partner from the group.
  • Session 2: Giving and receiving feedback. We use real scenarios from the participants' workplaces (anonymized) so the practice feels relevant, not hypothetical.
  • Session 3: Delegation and accountability. Managers learn a simple framework for handing off work without hovering, including how to set check-in points that feel supportive rather than controlling.
  • Session 4: Difficult conversations. This session covers performance issues, interpersonal conflict, and how to address problems early before they become crises.

Group size: 6 to 16 participants. Smaller groups get more individual coaching time; larger groups benefit from a wider range of perspectives during role-play exercises.

Team working through a communication exercise at a whiteboard

Team communication intensive

Two full days with an intact team. We don't mix people from different departments into this program because the goal is to fix the communication patterns within your specific group.

Day 1: Diagnosis

We start with structured interviews (done before the workshop) and share anonymized themes with the group. Then we run exercises that surface how decisions actually get made, where information gets lost, and which meetings could be emails. By the end of day one, the team has a clear picture of its three biggest communication friction points.

Day 2: New patterns

We teach conversation frameworks tailored to the problems identified on day one. If the team struggles with unclear ownership after meetings, we practise a specific closing ritual. If cross-functional handoffs create confusion, we build a shared template together. Every framework gets rehearsed at least twice during the session.

Thirty days after the workshop, we hold a 60-minute video call to check what stuck and troubleshoot anything that didn't land.

Best for teams of 6 to 20 people who work together regularly.

Productivity and time management workshop

Half a day. Four hours. That's enough to change how someone plans their week, if the exercises are specific.

We don't lecture about the Eisenhower matrix and send people home with a poster. Instead, participants bring their actual calendar and task list to the session. During the workshop they:

  • Audit their last two weeks of meetings and categorize each one as essential, reducible, or removable.
  • Draft a meeting-reduction proposal they can present to their manager the following week, including suggested alternatives like async updates or shorter stand-ups.
  • Build a personal weekly planning template using a method we've tested with over 400 participants since 2019.
  • Practise saying no to low-priority requests using scripts that are polite and specific.

Open to individual contributors and managers alike. Works well for groups of 8 to 24.

Facilitator and client reviewing a custom training plan

Custom program design

Sometimes none of the programs above fit exactly. Maybe you need a half-day session on cross-cultural communication for a newly merged team, or a workshop on presenting to senior executives for a group of engineers.

We design custom programs from scratch. The process takes about three weeks from first conversation to delivery:

  • Week 1: Discovery calls with the sponsor and 3 to 5 participants. We learn what the real problem is, not just the training request on the intake form.
  • Week 2: We draft the session plan, including exercises, timing, and materials. You review it and we adjust.
  • Week 3: Delivery. We facilitate the session and provide a written summary of key themes and recommended next steps within 48 hours.

Custom programs are priced individually based on scope. A typical half-day session for 12 people runs between $3,200 and $4,500.

How an engagement works

From first email to final follow-up, here is the typical sequence.

1

Initial conversation

A 30-minute call where we listen to what's going on with your team and decide together whether our programs are a good fit. No charge, no obligation.

2

Participant interviews

We talk to 3 to 5 people from the group by phone. Each call is about 20 minutes. This step lets us tailor examples and exercises to your context.

3

Session delivery

We facilitate the workshop at your location or ours. Every session includes printed workbooks, exercises, and a digital copy of all materials sent within 24 hours.

4

Follow-up

A check-in call at 30 days (or between sessions for multi-session programs). We discuss what's working, what's not, and whether any adjustments are needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can sessions be delivered in French?
Yes. All three of our facilitators are bilingual (English and French). We deliver about 40% of our sessions in French, primarily for teams based in Laval, Montreal, and Quebec City.
What if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling with at least 10 business days of notice is free. Cancellations with fewer than 7 business days of notice incur a 50% fee. We understand that things come up, and we try to be flexible when we can.
Do you offer virtual workshops?
We can run sessions over video for teams that are fully remote. Hybrid setups, where some participants are in a room and others join by video, are harder to facilitate well, so we charge a $600 hybrid-setup fee to cover the extra preparation and a co-facilitator who monitors the remote participants.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to four weeks is typical. We need time for participant interviews and session design. If you have an urgent need, reach out anyway; we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.
What industries do you work with?
Most of our clients are in technology, professional services, and manufacturing. We have also worked with healthcare organizations, non-profits, and municipal governments. The skills we teach, like giving feedback, running meetings, and managing time, apply across sectors. What changes is the examples and scenarios we use in exercises.
