What we do
Three core program areas. Each one is built around practice, not slides. We come to your office or run sessions at our training space in Laval.
Leadership development
A 4-session program where managers learn to run better one-on-ones, give feedback that people can act on, and delegate without micro-managing. Each session is 3 hours, spaced two weeks apart so participants can try techniques between meetings.
Team communication
A two-day intensive for intact teams of 6 to 20 people. We diagnose friction points through structured exercises, then teach concrete conversation frameworks your team keeps using long after we leave. Follow-up check-in call included at 30 days.
Productivity and time management
Half-day workshop for individual contributors who feel buried in meetings and email. Participants leave with a personal weekly planning template, a meeting-reduction plan they can propose to their manager, and two prioritization methods they have already practised.
Why companies keep coming back
We are a small firm on purpose. Our three facilitators each have at least 12 years of experience running workshops in Canadian workplaces, and every session is led by a senior trainer, never handed off to a junior associate.
Preparation matters to us. Before any engagement, we interview 3 to 5 participants by phone to understand the real problems, not just the ones listed on the intake form. That 30-minute investment per person lets us tailor examples and exercises to your actual day-to-day.
We also don't sell content libraries or e-learning subscriptions. If your team needs a recorded refresher, we'll film a short recap video specific to your session. But the core work happens live, in a room, with real conversation.
Pricing is per session, not per head. A team of 8 pays the same as a team of 18. That keeps things simple and encourages you to include everyone who should be there.
